Policy Board Adopts Program Income Policy
October 24, 2005 - The NRP Polcy Board adopted a policy on "Use of Program Income" at its October 24th meeting. The policy clarifies that program income generated from NRP neighborhood-funded investments in each neighborhood will be reserved for future use by that neighborhood.

Tree Planting Grants Available

City Updates NRP Phase II Revenue Projection
July 14, 2005 - "Doing your business well is the best action to take in this time of uncertainty," NRP Director Bob Miller told neighborhood leaders after City of Minneapolis representatives, on June 27, gave the NRP Policy Board projections showing a dramatic drop in revenues for NRP in 2005-2009. In a letter to NRP participants, he also urged them to continue their current Phase I and Phase II activities.

NRP Management Review Team Discontinued
July 12, 2005 - Ten years after it was first established, the Management Review Team of NRP was discontinued by the NRP Policy Board at its June 27 meeting. MRT was replaced by a process that encourages the integration of information from affected jurisdictions into neighborhood planning in the earliest stages of Neighborhood Action Plan (NAP) development.
