With Precinct Caucuses to be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2005, understanding how caucuses work is an important first step on the road to the upcoming local elections. The Minneapolis NRP is proud to partner with the Minnesota Council of Nonprofits to sponsor three workshops geared toward educating people about how to make sense of and navigate their caucuses.
