Home Tour visitors didn't have to re-park the car to see the next three Seward homes. Located on the perimeter of Matthew's Park and the adjoining Seward Montessori School, all are in walking distance from one another. Visitors first visited the home of Mark and Susan Peterson, 2900 East 25th St. Not long ago their 2,200 square foot home was featured in the New York Times. Built in 1888 at a cost of $2,000 and moved to its current location in 1908, the Peterson home has seen its share of changes over the years. The eight-bedroom, two-bath Queen Anne had been converted into a duplex and back again. Victorian-era history buffs, Mark and Susan have painted the home's exterior in its original colors.
